你好，我是 Woody。
很多人一开始问我：“你怎么会开始做外贸代采的？”说实话，这一切没有什么宏大的计划，反而更像是一步一步被生活“推着”走出来的路。
大学我学的是国际贸易，课堂上的知识不少，但真正让我打开眼界的，是兼职和实习时与绍兴本地工厂的交集。这是个纺织和小商品相当发达的城市。我第一次感受到“订单”不再是书上的一个词，而是工人们一件件生产出来、老板们挂在嘴边、客户们千里之外等待的真实东西。
大三那年，我鼓起勇气请了半年假，一个人去了美国德州南部。在那里我住进了一个墨西哥家庭，女主人是个热情的妈妈型人物，什么都愿意教我，也愿意听我瞎聊。我至今都叫她“干妈”。后来她们家开了家小店，我回国之后还帮她们发了几次货。这大概是我第一次“做外贸”——虽然当时根本没意识到，这会成为我未来的职业方向。
毕业后，我又跑去了东南亚，看了看不同的国家是怎么做生意的。回国后，我先在阿里旗下的速卖通做招商工作，后来又去了工厂做对外出口业务。那几年接触了很多类型的工厂、产品、客户，也亲手帮客户打样、改图、找货、发货……渐渐地，我喜欢上了这种“撮合”的感觉。
我不是大公司，不是背景很硬的人，我只是个认真做事、对每一笔订单都尽力的普通人。
我做这件事，是因为我相信买家想要找到一个靠谱、说人话、懂工厂的人帮他解决麻烦；而我，恰好能做到这一点。
